While some users seem to like the post, others took to the comments to express discontent over insufficient coverage of other racial injustices worldwide. A subsequent video post has Apple CEO Tim Cook confirming Apple’s 100 million dollar commitment to Apple’s Racial Equity and Justice Initiative . Instead of donating to social justice organizations, Apple decided to invest in its own program to “help create positive outcomes for communities of color.”
