Yes, this interference is an example of a “cross-current” among the followers who post, which speaks to the “problem” of maintaining the integrity of social justice movements.

Restoring the Snyder verse refers to a social media movement that was started by fans of the director Zack Snyder and the DC universe. Their purpose was to get the full version of the Snyder directed Justice League movie to be released. The comment doesn’t necessarily reject the movement but rather detracts from it. Unfortunately “fans” post erroneously often.
